Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst capable of supporting our clients in defining business needs at a functional level. You will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze needs expressed by the relevant business lines
• Write functional specifications iteratively according to the Agile methodology
• Perform functional analysis activities within the framework of various evolution and maintenance projects related to solutions
• Analyze and integrate market tools, ensure coordination with external suppliers
• Define functional test cases to validate proposed solutions; conduct acceptance and non-regression tests (FAT)
• Take charge of, document, and analyze production incidents as well as 3rd level support requests

Qualifications

As a Business Analyst, you have:

• Basic IT knowledge necessary for a good understanding of implementation possibilities within IT systems
• Ability to communicate with development teams
• Experience in project management
• Clear and structured writing skills
• Analytical mindset and synthesis ability for complex issues
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English are essential

Education & Experience

Graduated from an engineering school or university, you have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
