Business Analyst (H/F)

About

You will join the R&D team of an ERP Commerce dedicated to the purchasing centers of a large distribution group. At the heart of business issues, the Business Analyst (M/F) plays a key role as an interface between business teams and development teams. You will work on a specific functional scope to ensure the alignment between business needs and the solutions developed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business needs
• Design appropriate functional solutions
• Write functional specifications
• Maintain and structure the documentary heritage
• Perform functional and integration tests
• Provide functional support to developers
• Facilitate coordination between business and IT teams

Comfortable in complex business environments Rigorous in writing and formalization Able to bridge the gap between technical and functional Possessing good interpersonal skills and a coordination spirit

Technical & Functional Skills

Mandatory Skills: Analysis and design of needs; Documentary writing (functional and business) Important Skills: Testing and functional validation; Business/development coordination; Knowledge of the retail sector (commerce, procurement, finance) Appreciated Skills: Experience on ERP projects; Good understanding of distribution processes
