Do you want to advise CFOs and top management in the finance function within Consulting – Finance Transformation? Global trends such as digitalization, ESG reporting, regulatory requirements, and efficiency improvements drive our business – our team develops customized solutions for these. Start Date: April 1, 2026, or October 1, 2026 Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Munich, and Stuttgart.

Your Impact

As a Business Analyst Finance Transformation (m/f/d), you and your team will develop concepts and solutions in various areas of the finance department – contributing to the sustainable optimization of the finance function and an increase in competitiveness. You will start directly after your Bachelor's degree in consulting projects and systematically build your controlling, accounting, and transformation expertise.

• Analysis & Support: You will participate in the creation of concepts and solutions in areas such as Performance Management, Global Business Services, or M&A Finance – particularly with regard to digitalization.
• Innovation: Together with our experts, you will support the development of processes for planning and budgeting, as well as modern reporting landscapes.
• Optimization: You will assist in the analysis and improvement of administrative and transactional processes, e.g., in the form of corporate centers, shared services, or outsourcing.
• Project Work: You will support the preparation and execution of workshops, create presentations, and handle documentation.
• Research & Benchmarking: You will conduct market and process analyses and prepare best-practice examples for the team.

Your Skillset

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions in Finance, Consulting, or Industry is desirable.
• Enjoyment of complex projects and personal development, strong team orientation, confident use of MS Office.
• Confident in communication and presentation for demanding target groups, self-responsibility, and agile, goal-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel and excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
