Responsibilities

  • Embed business in the SDLC process to follow testing protocols for production
  • Provide production testing for Wires and ACH Proof of Concept application
  • Perform production testing for Payment Tracker
  • Complete QA reviews on alert entries for associates and provide performance standard recommendations
  • Investigate customer complaints and recommend enhancements
  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and other Payment front-line teams for production testing

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a financial or banking environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial sector
  • Experience with payments processes and incident management
