Business Solutions Consultant

Shape business processes as a Business Solutions Consultant focused on automation. Conduct needs analysis and implement solutions that enhance quality and reduce manual processes.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, identifying business needs within the insurance landscape. You'll create and document testing strategies, ensuring the implementation of effective system solutions while engaging in post-implementation support. Collaborate with diverse teams to optimize workflows and recommend best practices for technology utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and identify improvement strategies
• Create and maintain test documentation and scenarios
• Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with IT to resolve implementation issues
• Train and educate teams on best practices

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or IT
• At least 3 years as a Business Analyst or Consultant
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred familiarity with P&C policy and claims systems
