Adecco is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for Cyber & IT projects. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical execution, supporting complex initiatives that enhance cybersecurity. Your responsibilities include requirement gathering, document management, and facilitating Agile processes to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of cyber initiatives
- Gather and validate functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop key project artifacts like BRDs and use cases
- Manage requirement changes and conduct impact analysis
- Collaborate on project reporting and stakeholder updates
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in information security and IT
- 5 years as a Business Analyst in complex environments
- Proven experience in Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication
- Eligibility to work in Canada
