We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Business Analyst for our Generative AI Development Team. This role is designed for someone eager to contribute to shaping and enhancing business processes, while taking an active part in project coordination and resource planning to help our Corporate IT teams achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various business units to clearly document project requests, ensuring all critical details are captured effectively.
• Identify potential gaps, risks, and areas for improvement within business and technology processes and propose effective solutions.
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions, preparing necessary materials and guiding discussions to capture stakeholder needs accurately.
• Maintain and update resource planning tools to reflect current and forecasted project requirements.
• Monitor resource capacity and provide insights on availability to support effective project scheduling and prioritization.
• Collaborate with teams to obtain Level of Effort estimates and assist in documenting requirements for business intake processes.
• Step into a project management role during peak demand periods to ensure ongoing support for essential projects.
• Assist in creating and updating internal process documentation, flow charts, and related materials to enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team focused on enhancing project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams, fostering strong relationships to facilitate the intake process.
• Prepare and deliver accurate project status reports to stakeholders.
• Support business process planning and design, providing recommendations to enhance operational activities.
• Other related duties may be assigned by management as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level professionals are welcome; 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• At least two years of professional experience is strongly desired.
• Experience in project coordination or project management is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with project management and process flow tools is beneficial.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and project management methodologies is a plus.
• Able to articulate business requirements to technical teams effectively.
• Experience in cross-department project implementations using project management techniques is advantageous.
• Dependable and accountable with the ability to perform tasks independently.
• A critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience working on agile, cross-functional software development teams is preferred.
• Excited to engage with stakeholders and users to identify technology enhancements that can meaningfully improve their roles.
• A proactive team player who takes initiative and seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts and building consensus across different perspectives.
• Able to thrive in dynamic environments and manage ambiguity and changing priorities effectively.
• Comfortable navigating between high-level strategic analysis and detailed problem-solving.

SitusAMC offers competitive compensation, with a full-time base salary range of $50,000.00 - $80,000.00, determined through interviews and a review of qualifications. We also provide paid time off, paid holidays, and access to various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K, subject to applicable terms.
