Pricing Solutions Business Analyst

A global leader in digital transformation is rolling out an ambitious Pricing & Rebates Transformation Program and is implementing a worldwide pricing platform to support commercial excellence, margin improvement and customer experience.

As a Pricing Solutions Business Analyst, you will be part of the Pricing Product Team and play a key role in standardizing solution development, understanding business requirements, and contributing to the design and evolution of global pricing tools. This role combines business analysis, system analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and understand end-to-end solution business processes.
• Manage stakeholders for new functional requirements and continuous solution improvements.
• Perform impact analysis for new requirements across existing solutions and live countries.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for new features.
• Translate business needs into detailed User Stories and support release scoping.
• Update and maintain business documentation aligned with solution evolution.
• Execute Unit Testing and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Provide demos of solution enhancements and support onboarding of new team members.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Product Owner to understand architectural impacts.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience acting as liaison between business users and IT development teams.
• Experience with: SAP S/4HANA, Java, Unit Testing, JSON/REST API, SQL/PL-SQL, HTML/CSS.
• Nice to have: Groovy for PriceFX; experience in large-scale pricing programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and product development lifecycle.
• Experience managing multiple environments for Unit and UAT testing.
• Ability to analyze quickly, resolve conflicts, and support DevSecOps mindset.
