Business Analyst

Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite.

The successful candidate will support aftermarket services through process improvement, digital solutions, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and performance to identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams by gathering, clarifying, and translating business needs into clear, traceable functional requirements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver digital solutions
• Develop test scenarios that reflect business requirements and validate delivered solutions
• Sequence and prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and effort
• Support change management activities to drive adoption of new systems and tools
• Communicate insights, recommendations, and outcomes through reports, presentations, and workshops

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
• Background in Business Analysis, Business Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience working on projects involving process improvement and digital transformation
• Bilingual French/English

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Financial acumen or experience working closely with finance teams
• Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer portals, or databases
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Excel, Visio, Jira, Power BI, SQL)
