Business Analyst-French speaker

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand logistics objectives and operational challenges.
• Analyze warehouse logistics processes, including physical, financial, and IT flows.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement‑gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into BRS, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support harmonization of French logistics processes
• Analyze and support solutions within complex ERP and enterprise systems.
• Define test scenarios, support UAT execution, and manage data‑mapping and migration inputs.
• Develop process maps (AS‑IS / TO‑BE), synthesis documents, and change‑impact assessments.
• Prepare and deliver training materials and end‑user documentation in English and French.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones while supporting change management and adoption.
