CAPFI Technology

This position is within CAPFI Technology, the entity based in Paris that brings together our IT and market finance expertise. Here, our consultants co-create strategic projects with our clients, combining innovation, IT, and financial challenges.

After joining your CAPFI community of project management experts, where you will be trained and coached, you will work within a client team as a Business Analyst or MOA.

Your Missions:

In parallel, you will be the privileged point of contact for the project team and will ensure the human and technical follow-up of each consultant.

In a context of evolving activities, as a MOA/Business Analyst, you will be integrated into a team of Market Finance experts at one of our clients. In collaboration with business sponsors, IT teams, or regulatory teams, you will support the existing team in the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of information systems and in carrying out various cross-functional projects such as the evolution of position keeping, risk, or management tools.

On a daily basis, you will work transversally with different departments and will be responsible for:

• Collecting and analyzing business needs
• Writing detailed specifications
• Defining and executing test plans
• Planning and monitoring user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of improvements delivered to the business
• Providing level 2-3 functional support
• Training users and writing user training manuals
• Participating in the writing of the data dictionary
• Participating in the continuous improvement of products developed for the client

Your Assets:

• You want to challenge yourself in a rich and demanding environment

• You have technical (SQL) and/or functional knowledge in market finance
• You hold a degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent
• You want to evolve in contexts driven by Agile ceremonies

• You want to evolve in English-speaking environments
