About
The main function is to support, maintain, and improve a Front Office (FO) transaction capture system responsible for capturing transactions and positions of interest rate derivatives, futures, bonds (including mortgage-backed securities) and subsequent processing of transactions by the Middle Office (MO) to the Back Office (BO).
The support, maintenance, and improvement of systems are divided between two areas based on financial products: Bonds, mortgage-backed securities, repos, and futures are managed by the Deal Capture Bonds and Repos domain. Interest rate swaps, currency swaps, caps/floors, swaptions, inflation swaps, loans, and deposits are covered by the Deal Capture Swaps domain. In terms of IT teams, the system is developed across 3 international sites and benefits from local support in 5 global centers. The objective is to manage all functional aspects of projects focused on transaction capture and execution for the Front Office and Middle Office of interest rate derivatives.
Responsibilities
- You are in charge of setting up the organization and managing the company's information system.
- Production of documents on business requirements, detailed functional specifications, and user stories that can be interpreted and used by developers.
- Preparation and execution of functional tests for all new features implemented and/or assistance to the functional testing team for this task.
- Participation in business support and provisioning for UAT.
- Global training and appropriate guidance sheets for business support teams and relevant users for all new delivered features.
- Assistance to the TCOE regression team in developing new automation tests or more detailed tests.
- 3rd line support to global support teams for production incidents (weekly rotation shared among all Business Analysts).
- Management of your project deliveries alongside the development team, based on GM IT project governance team guidelines, providing regular updates to sponsors and business users.
- Agile Scrum: active participation in scrum meetings, active contribution to scrum life and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of FrontOffice tools
- Excellent communication / external relationship management
- Autonomy and project management skills
- Mastery of the BFI environment, and the language associated with Front to Back market chains
- Excellent writing / formalization skills
- Mastery of French and English mandatory
