Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and technology teams
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements
• Collaborate with UX, development, and QA teams
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and implementation teams
• Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions
• Support change management and documentation updates
