Your missions

You will work within a team dedicated to information management and sharing, responsible for the design, evolution, and maintenance of documentary and collaborative spaces, in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Conceive functional solutions in line with user needs
• Write User Stories and functional documentation
• Define and maintain the test strategy and test assets (XRAY)
• Execute test campaigns, ensure reporting and anomaly tracking
• Qualify production incidents and coordinate their resolution
• Contribute to change management: communication, workshop preparation, user support
• Participate in design and ideation workshops (design thinking, collaborative tools)
• Provide regular reporting to the Product Owner and stakeholders

Qualifications

Profile sought

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Solid mastery of testing methodology and test case writing
• Excellent ability to gather, analyze, and formalize needs
• Proficiency in writing functional specifications and User Stories
• Skills in workshop facilitation (design thinking, collaborative tools)
• Technical aptitude: SQL, UML
• Knowledge of agile methods
• Service-oriented, clear communication, autonomy, and rigor
