Job Description

Inetum Aix-en-Provence is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of its major clients.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Applying a solid business analysis methodology
• Gathering, analyzing, and clearly structuring functional requirements
• Translating business needs into pragmatic and actionable functional specifications
• Challenging business requests when necessary, with a focus on value
• Working within tight deadlines to support rapid regional deliveries
• Collaborating closely with project managers, development teams, and stakeholders
• Contributing to iterative delivery, with short cycles
• Managing multiple initiatives in parallel rather than a single global program

Qualifications

• Confirmed to senior experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent business analysis fundamentals
• Very good documentation and requirements structuring skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced delivery environments
• Pragmatic mindset, oriented towards solutions and business value
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with iterative methods and short-cycle deliveries
