The Adecco Group, a world leader in human resources solutions, is recruiting a Business Analyst H/F within the IT department, in the Middle Office IT domain. Based in Villeurbanne and reporting to the Solution Manager, you will support the evolution of document management solutions used by the support teams of the French GBUs as well as by our clients operating VMS solutions (temporary work, permanent recruitment, billing, payroll, legal declarations).
Your role will be central to analyzing needs, designing solutions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the functional quality of deliverables.
Responsibilities
Needs Analysis and Functional Scoping
- Facilitate and participate in needs gathering workshops.
- Understand business processes, analyze requests, and challenge expressed needs.
- Write, structure, and validate general and detailed specifications.
- Ensure technical understanding and feasibility with development teams.
Design, Coordination, and Development Monitoring
- Act as a liaison between business, development, and architect teams, ensuring constant alignment.
- Contribute to the functional design of solutions in compliance with Group standards.
- Participate in the development of test plans.
- Perform integration tests, track anomalies, and support user acceptance.
- Manage Level 2 and 3 support, coordinating with development teams to prioritize and resolve incidents.
Documentation and User Support
- Write functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Support solution adoption and assist business teams during deployments.
Qualifications
With higher education in information systems or a technical field, you have a good understanding of application architectures, APIs, and databases. You master the technical tools necessary for the position: SQL on MongoDB, Oracle or Elastic Search, Postman, trace analysis, Azure dashboards.
You are familiar with ITIL processes (incidents, problems, changes, requests) and can communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Rigorous, analytical, and possessing strong writing skills, you can simplify complex technical subjects. You are organized, capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously, and enjoy teamwork.
Professional English is required to interact with the Group's internal teams and international partners.
