Business Analyst (h/f) F/H

About the Role

As a key interface between business teams and the IT department (a MOA team of 7 people), you will be involved in projects to analyze, frame, and manage functional needs related to the information system.

Responsibilities

• Gather and formalize business needs, facilitate functional workshops
• Write specifications and propose suitable solutions
• Manage projects (coordination, tracking deadlines, risks, and deliverables)
• Define and execute test strategies and validate solutions
• Support change management (training, support, documentation)
• Participate in IS evolution in conjunction with technical teams and publishers
• Provide functional support and incident tracking
• Lead activity monitoring and reporting

Qualifications

• Master's degree (IT, finance, project management, or equivalent)
• Significant experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the banking sector, of at least 4 years
• Good knowledge of payment methods
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum…)
• Good understanding of information systems
• Knowledge of SQL or querying tools is a plus
