Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on our applications, in close collaboration with the business, development, and user teams. The position combines BUILD, MCO, functional qualification, and support activities, with a strong focus on quality and user satisfaction.

Your Missions

• Analyze and formalize business needs (functional specifications, User Stories).
• Study functional impacts and participate in estimating evolutions.
• Define acceptance criteria and testing strategy.
• Perform functional acceptance testing (manual tests, qualification).
• Identify, track, and analyze incidents (RUN / MCO) until their resolution.
• Propose corrective solutions and workarounds if necessary.
• Contribute to functional documentation, user assistance, and support.
• Participate in sprint reviews and functional demonstrations.

Environment & Tools

• API REST, Java, SQL (essential), Cloud
• Oracle / PostgreSQL databases, Kafka (appreciated)
• Linux (log reading)
• Jira, SquashTest
• Automated testing tools appreciated: Selenium, TestNG, Jenkins, Git

Qualifications

• Education or experience in Business Analysis, functional qualification, or application support.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.
• Aptitude for software quality, acceptance testing, and application functionality.
• Comfortable in an Agile environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of the banking/insurance sectors is a plus.
• ISTQB certification is appreciated.
