Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in aligning business needs with IT solutions. You will work with business and technical teams to analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of solutions adapted to the company's challenges.
Qualifications
Analysis and Requirements Gathering
- Understand and formalize the needs of users and stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops to identify functional requirements
- Write detailed functional specifications and terms of reference
Business Process Analysis and Optimization
- Map and analyze existing processes (BPMN, UML)
- Identify areas for improvement and propose suitable solutions
- Ensure alignment between IT solutions and business objectives
Project Support
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the proper implementation of solutions
- Participate in the validation of developments and acceptance testing phases
- Support users in adopting new functionalities and contribute to change management
Additional Information
Profile Sought
Graduated from an engineering school or holding a Master's degree (IT, information systems, management).
You have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in complex IT environments.
Expected Skills
- Mastery of functional analysis methodologies (BPMN, UML, Design Thinking)
- Good knowledge of project management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello…)
- Ability to write clear and structured functional specifications
- Good understanding of IT architectures and business processes
- Experience in requirements management and solution validation
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
