Your new adventure

• Monitoring the overall workload and backlog of tasks across ITSD project teams within the HR business function.
• Provide regular updates on the IT Roadmap to both ITSD and Business Stakeholder committees.
• Lead the ITSD Governance Meetings for the procurement
• Development of budget and project requests, including presentations to the Business leadership team during investment board meetings.
• Key tasks and deliverables managed by the Business Analyst during each project phase include:
• Collaborating with Business and ITSD: Drive comprehensive Business Preparedness on ITSD & Business projects, encompassing activities such as support in test case definition, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and organizing go-live hyper-care activities.
• Working closely with the Rotax and Global IT PMO and respective project owners to execute projects effectively. Ensure adherence to common project delivery methods, following well-defined project phases, and meeting established tollgate criteria.
• Organizing regular jour-fixe sessions with Business stakeholders to align priorities, coordinate common tasks, and identify potential risks.
• Coordination and tracking budgets for dedicated IT Projects.

Your Experiences And Skills

• HTL Matura or Completed adequate IT studies (university, FH) with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Business Administration and Process expertise in Industrial Business
• Business knowledge and process knowledge ideally related to HR topics
• Understanding and experience of HR processes
• Prioritization of own tasks and effective delegation with project team
• Very good knowledge of English, German is an asset
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking and acting

The minimum salary for this position is 60,962,32 EUR gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
