About the role
Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst I to support business and technology initiatives across cross‑functional teams. This role works closely with development teams and business partners to understand work in progress, document requirements, and translate technical efforts into clear, professional materials for internal stakeholders and occasional external audiences.
This is an entry‑level role, ideal for new graduates or early‑career professionals who are analytical, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with development teams and business stakeholders to understand initiatives, requirements, and business processes
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Define scope and objectives based on user needs and process understanding
- Assist with process improvement efforts, including identification of gaps and root causes
- Create clear documentation and communication materials (emails, presentations, summaries, reports)
- Translate technical concepts into business‑friendly content for varied audiences
- Support project and department‑level activities under general supervision
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related business‑focused or analytical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, requirements documentation, and process mapping
Preferred (Not Required) Skills
- Exposure to business analysis or technology projects through coursework, internships, or early career roles
- Familiarity with tools or concepts such as Figma, UX/UI basics, SQL, Visual Studio, or Agile/SDLC
- Technical or analytical background is a plus
Ideal Candidate
- Entry‑level or junior professional (open to new college graduates)
- Highly trainable, detail‑oriented, and collaborative
- Comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong communicator able to present information clearly and concisely
Additional Details
- Onsite work required 3 days per week
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience
