Business Analyst II (1-year contract)
Overview

As a Business Analyst II (Intermediate), you will analyze business operations, share valuable inputs to your agile team, while providing exceptional change leadership and creative solutions to problems. In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the Greater Vancouver Area, BC, where we practice a remote‑first working model, leveraging in‑person interactions for key strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. Responsibilities
- Capture business requirements and technical details from multiple stakeholders for RFP, upgrades, and development enhancements.
- Document business processes using flow diagrams and use cases.
- Analyze capabilities of business systems and leverage them to meet business needs.
- Perform data analysis to identify patterns and prepare metrics.
- Support configuration of functional workflows in business systems.
- Identify gaps and risks a proposed solution has on operations.
- Align business requests with the volume of change the impacted business teams can manage.
- Test new features for alignment with business processes and expected functionality.
- Gather end‑user feedback, identifying deficiencies, and potential improvements.
- Run UAT, End to End, Train the Trainer, and Go Live sessions to support the roll‑out of new tech.
- Produce SOPs, FAQs, and job aids where needed, to help the business adapt to change.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as Business Analyst.
- 2+ years’ experience using Change Management techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in an agile environment.
- IIBA certification preferred.
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.

Compensation
Annualized Compensation Range: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
