Business Analyst: II (Intermediate)

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, Adobe tools, and quality assurance testing and a proven ability to configure complex product settings, manage customer online access, and deliver clear customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Execute QA testing for product enhancements and document results.
• Set up and maintain complex product configurations and customer online access.
• Provide solution-focused support to producer and retail customers.
• Follow established processes accurately and completely.
• Manage multiple tasks and shift priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and Adobe tools.
• Experience conducting QA testing for product enhancements.
• Ability to configure complex product settings and manage customer access.
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
• Effective communication skills with diverse customer groups.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with FISERV products.

Work Hours & Arrangement:

• 40 hours per week.
• Remote or hybrid.
