Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with experienced project managers and take on responsibility from the start – from analysis to implementation.

Responsibilities

• You will work on projects in the Financial Services environment with a focus on Business Analysis and will also take on tasks in project management and steering.
• You will work at the interface between business and IT, bringing a deep understanding of IT systems to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• You will structure complex problems, prioritize requirements, and develop concrete solution approaches.
• You will actively support implementation – from concept through testing to go-live.
• You will support business development activities, e.g., in preparing proposals or developing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable)
• 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis or in projects at the interface between business departments and IT
• Initial experience in management consulting and in projects for the introduction or further development of IT systems (e.g., ERP, compliance, KYC, or risk systems), ideally in the banking or financial services environment
• You take responsibility, make independent decisions, and drive topics entrepreneurially, even with unclear framework conditions
• You grasp complex topics quickly and translate them into clear, actionable solutions
• You work confidently with various stakeholders – from business departments to IT – and translate requirements into actionable solutions
• Interest in new technologies, for example in the field of AI, and the motivation to continuously and independently develop yourself
• Very good German and English, both written and spoken
