Role Overview
We are seeking an intermediate level Business Analyst - Implementation Consultant to join our purpose-driven team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to client analysis & project execution including the implementation of software configurations, and will support the delivery of high-quality client solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysts are responsible for a range of duties and tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
- Participate in client requirements gathering and translating business needs into functional specifications
- Conduct fit/gap analysis between client requirements and platform capabilities
- Configure and customize client platforms to deliver agreed solutions
- Act as a day-to-day client contact for assigned work streams
- Develop and execute test plans and support client UAT cycles
- Produce and maintain solution documentation, process flows, and configuration specifications
- Contribute to project status reports and dashboards
- Provide post go-live support and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams
- Other relevant business analysis & implementation duties as required
Role Requirements
- 2 - 6 years' experience in a business analysis, software configuration, or implementation environment, ideally in the technology and/or consulting industries
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and translating business needs into functional specifications
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities across client workstreams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Desired Attributes
- Further education certification/qualification or equivalent experience in Business Analysis, Software, or Business field
- Experience configuring an AMS (Association Management Software) or CRM platform is a considerable asset
- iMIS-specific experience would be a major advantage (iMIS certification and training will be provided)
- Familiarity with SQL queries and/or data visualization tools
- Active experience, or a demonstrated interest, in using AI tools to streamline process and increase productivity
