What Your Day Will Look Like

• You will be involved in the planning and execution of projects and orders to ensure they are completed within the timeframe and budget.
• Through your coordinating interface function between different teams and stakeholders, you will ensure a smooth project flow.
• You will identify project risks early on and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• As a Business Analyst, you know how to listen carefully, analyze, and precisely document what our customers want.
• You are the requirements wizard, transforming our customers' business requirements into clear, understandable documents.
• In your role, you will independently lead workshops with our customers to capture their requirements in a targeted manner.
• You will continuously check whether the desired solution is technically feasible and economically sensible with PROVIS.
• Teamwork is more than a buzzword for you – with your expertise, you will support project managers, customer advisors, and end-users and formulate the tasks for your colleagues in Requirement & Software Engineering.

What You Bring

• You are our interpreter, translating business requirements into technical concepts.
• Therefore, you must have experience in capturing customer requirements.
• You grasp interrelationships, are eager to learn new things, and are driven by the ambition to understand your customers' business and offer them good solutions.
• What exactly is in your training certificates is not the most important thing. You probably have a solid IT education or a completed degree in (Business) Informatics, as a track record in Business Analysis, process optimization, or project management is a must for us.
• If you are strongly interested in business software or have even had experience with it, even better.
• And you should be able to convince well and generally have a good demeanor.
• Your colleagues look forward to reinforcement from an uncomplicated person who likes to laugh, even at themselves.
