What You’ll Do

• Advise top-tier insurance clients on transformation initiatives, from digital programmes to sourcing strategies.
• Analyse, optimise and implement efficient business processes and modern IT landscapes within the insurance sector.
• Design forward-looking IT solutions, support evaluation initiatives, lead IT migrations and develop tailored software concepts across insurance business areas.
• Drive requirements analysis, technical design and test planning for new applications, services and functionalities.
• Partner closely with client departments and end users, taking ownership of PMO responsibilities to ensure successful delivery.

What You Bring

• Fluency in German and English.
• A completed university degree in economics, computer science, mathematics or a related field.
• A minimum of four years’ professional experience within insurance, consulting or IT services.
• Exposure to project management and/or PMO environments.
• Strong understanding of the German insurance market, including core processes and insurance IT systems - particularly Guidewire and/or BiPRO.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with international teams.
• High levels of ownership, strong communication skills and a structured approach.
• Willingness to travel across Germany.
• A clear motivation to continuously grow and develop your expertise.
