Role Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between business, IT, and clients: gather, structure, and translate requirements into clear business concepts, user stories, and technical specifications that drive successful implementations.
• Analyze and optimize insurance processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and digital execution, directly contributing to the client's broader mission of modernizing the insurance landscape.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical education or a degree from HF, FH, or university (ideally in IT, business analysis, or insurance) - an excellent foundation to quickly understand complex insurance and technology topics and grow into a trusted expert.
• Professional experience in at least one of the following: business analysis, IT, consulting, process management, or insurance - giving you the platform to take on responsibility and drive real change in client projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to gather and structure requirements, translate them into concepts and specifications, and clearly explain complex topics to both business and IT - enabling you to bridge the gap between stakeholders and shape high‑impact solutions.
• Full working proficiency in German
