What You Will Be Doing

• Analyse and understand all functional areas.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve functional issues and interpret high-level code.
• Demonstrate functional area capabilities and manage configuration.
• Evaluate tasks impacting business functions, new setups, or upstream / downstream components.
• Review bug fixes and approve the Architectural Specification Document for module changes.
• Identify new business needs and prepare Solution Design documents for offering gaps.
• Identify future roadmap items, stay updated on industry trends, and deliver business / insurance training.
• Train and support team members, and collaborate with the client Product Owner, internal / client Testers, and regression teams.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (Business Administration, IT, etc.).
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
• Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, and demonstrated capability with requirements management (Jira, Confluence) and process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
