Key Responsibilities
- Provide insightful data analysis support to project and operations management.
- Handle routine administrative tasks efficiently.
- Support various operational departments on special projects.
- Work on moderately difficult assignments and escalate any issues to management.
- Assist in ad‑hoc reporting to meet immediate data needs.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, communicate, and validate business requirements and process design.
- Perform impact assessments on process changes and operational metrics.
- Evaluate systems and workflow changes, providing insights into production reports and data analyses.
- Identify key performance measures for process‑centric reporting and suggest improvements.
- Understand and interpret data reports, applying analytical techniques for meaningful insights.
- Communicate effectively with systems analysts and subject matter experts to clarify requirements in an agile development setting.
- Assist in transforming policy and operational needs into structured business requirements.
- Ensure process documentation is accurate, organized, and regularly updated.
- Analyze and define process problems or improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Gather and validate data requirements, employing judgment and statistical tests.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and staff, simplifying complex concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Provide support to management and staff regarding process models and analysis artifacts.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in a related field.
- Must have completed a minimum of 2 years of coursework.
- Proficient in standard computer applications, including Outlook, MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with keen attention to detail.
- Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
