As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into clear functional requirements, and supporting their implementation with internal teams and IT providers to deliver solutions adapted to needs. You will work in tandem with a Senior Business Analyst, within the group's digital team.

Responsibilities
- Manage the spare parts ordering platform, in conjunction with the external provider:
- Gather, analyze, and formalize user needs (Sales Admin, After-Sales Service, Sales, Logistics, Dealerships) and translate them into user stories.
- In line with business needs, define the scope of evolution projects, prioritize the backlog, and prepare developments (writing specifications for the provider).
- Ensure functional and data consistency between the platform and internal systems (ERP/CRM). E.g., define/maintain data synchronization rules.
- Manage functional acceptance testing: define test scenarios, coordinate business validations, track anomalies until production release, and contribute to deployment/adoption.
- In conjunction with the Technical Documentation team, keep the platform content up-to-date (import of spare parts catalogs).
- Ensure the proper functioning and continuity of service of the site, in conjunction with the provider.
- Provide operational support on the Intranet/Extranet portal, in conjunction with the Business Analyst responsible for it:
- Provide daily operational support: handle user requests, diagnose issues, resolve them or escalate to IT/editor teams, and follow up until closure.
- Support the internal team and users during functional evolutions of the portal: contribute to acceptance testing, provide user support as needed.
- Implement and manage data flows (Talend ETL):
- Design and implement ETL flows based on needs reported by business teams: analyze sources, define transformation rules, map data, and populate target tables/datasets.
- Ensure the reliability of processes and anomaly management.
- Develop and maintain the SQL queries necessary for implementing these ETL flows.
- Document the implemented flows.
- Perform unit tests and acceptance tests.
- Support the deployment of Salesforce:
- Translate business requests into functional specifications for implementation in Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, etc.).
- Ensure data consistency and integrations with other systems (e.g., ERP).
- Produce and distribute Power BI reports:
- Capture business needs and formalize them into functional specifications.
- Create Power BI reports that meet these needs.
- Ensure the delivery and quality of reports.
- Supervise the publication/distribution of reports (access rights).
- Ensure the maintainability and updating of reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 to +5) in IT or equivalent training.
- Proficiency in English.
