About

Within an IT department, you will join a team dedicated to customer data in financial markets.

This team develops Business Intelligence solutions enabling Front Office teams (Global Markets) to leverage their data, particularly for:

• Client Contribution tracking
• Sales Credit performance
• Hit ratio analysis (RFQ)
• Customer interaction tracking (CRM: meetings, contacts…)

Responsibilities

On a daily basis, you will be involved in run and project activities:

Analysis & Scoping

• Gather and analyze business needs
• Write functional specifications

Testing & Validation

• Define testing strategy
• Write test cases
• Oversee user acceptance testing and write validation reports

Monitoring & Coordination

• Keep the backlog updated
• Track subject progress
• Coordinate different stakeholders (IT & business)

Support

• Manage Level 2 incidents
• Analyze issues related to:
  • UI
  • BI dashboards
  • Databases (SQL queries)

Change Management

• Support users
• Contribute to solution adoption

Methodology

• Active participation in Agile rituals

Technical Environment

• Microsoft (SQL Server, SSAS, Power BI, .Net C#)
• Business Objects
• Jira, Xray, Confluence

Profile

Mandatory Skills

• Experienced IT Business Analyst (9+ years)
• Experience in Data / BI
• Experience in financial markets (CIB)
• Good knowledge of Global Markets products
• Proficiency in booking processes
• Knowledge of tools: Murex, Summit, Sophis
• Very good level of English (B2+/C1 minimum)
• Good command of Excel
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
• Organizational skills, autonomy, team spirit
