Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in system integration, middleware, or enterprise application integration
• Solid understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), and messaging protocols
• Experience with integration tools/platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Talend)
• Strong knowledge of databases and data transformation concepts
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing third-party application maintenance (TPAM) nearshore/offshore

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement system integrations using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms
• Analyze business and technical requirements to define integration solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues and data flow errors
• Collaborate with application owners, vendors, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful integrations
• Maintain integration documentation, data mappings, and technical specifications
• Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity across integrated systems
• Perform testing, validation, and deployment of integration solutions
• Support upgrades, migrations, and system changes affecting integrations
• Optimize the performance and scalability of integration processes
