The position is initially limited to 24 months.

Your To-Dos

  • In your new role as Business Analyst, you will improve software development processes by successfully acting as an interface between requirements and implementation.
  • You will translate business requirements into actionable specifications – e.g., in the form of user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
  • You will analyze, specify, and document logistics processes, IT systems, and data models.
  • Based on existing strategic and architectural frameworks, you will develop conceptual solutions that advance us as a company in terms of quality, efficiency, and economic viability.
  • You will work closely with your stakeholders, such as business units, product owners, and software engineers, demonstrating your talent for communication.
  • You will confidently organize and lead workshops and meetings for requirements gathering and coordination.
  • You will work closely with our development teams on the conception of, for example, use cases, interfaces, and data models.

Your Profile

  • You have completed a degree with an economic or technical focus or have a comparable education.
  • Requirements management and analysis (Requirements Engineering).
  • You have already worked as a Business Analyst for at least two years, preferably in a logistics-related IT environment.
  • You work data-driven and are proficient in using analysis and process modeling tools (BPMN, SQL, and Excel).
  • You bring an agile mindset as well as technical affinity and experience.
  • You enjoy communicating in German (min. C1 level) and English.
  • You possess a high degree of initiative, analytical thinking, and understanding of complex business processes.
  • Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and enjoyment of collaboration in cross-functional teams round off your profile.
