Job Description

As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst with significant experience in the real estate sector (development, asset management, property management, etc.).

You will be involved in strategic digital transformation projects, in close collaboration with business and IT teams.

Your missions:

• Gather and analyze business needs (real estate management, asset management, real estate finance…)
• Write specifications and functional specifications
• Ensure the translation of needs into IT requirements
• Participate in workshops with stakeholders (business, MOA/MOE, partners)
• Support design, development, and acceptance phases
• Manage functional tests (UAT) and track anomalies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools (ERP, real estate software, CRM, etc.)
• Perform project reporting and ensure deadlines are met

Technical Environment:

• Methodologies: Agile / Scrum, V-Cycle
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Advanced Excel, Power BI
• Systems / Software:
  • Real estate ERPs
  • CRM (Dynamics 365)
• Technical notions: SQL, API, data mapping

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac +5) (engineering school, university, business school with IT specialization)
• Proven experience (3 to 5 years minimum) as an IT Business Analyst
• Mandatory: experience in the real estate sector
• Good understanding of business processes
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
