Role
Understand processes, design platforms, create added value - you are the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation. We are looking for an analytically strong personality with a hands-on mentality who not only manages service management solutions but actively develops and automates them. Ideal for those who see process optimization and modern technologies as a passion.
Responsibilities
- Recording, analysis, and visualization of business processes and functional requirements using modern modeling methods (e.g., BPMN, UML)
- Design and implementation of solutions on an established ITSM platform with a focus on service and process automation
- Operation, maintenance, and continuous further development of the platform, including versioning, documentation, and structured change management
- Development of automation solutions and scripts to increase the efficiency of internal service processes (PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, JavaScript)
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and active participation in IT projects in an agile environment
- Ensuring stable platform operation, including support and incident handling
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical basic training, supplemented by further training as a Business Analyst or Requirement Engineer
- Experience with ITIL processes and service management platforms (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, TOPdesk, or comparable solutions)
- Programming skills in at least one language: JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or Power Automate
- Solid understanding of web and API technologies (REST, JSON, HTTP, OAuth/token-based authentication)
- Structured, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of quality
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with different specialist areas
