We are looking for a high-impact Business Analyst to join the group's global Supply Chain Management division.
This role is far more than traditional requirement gathering; it requires a professional who can bridge the gap between complex business processes and "state-of-the-art" IT solutions.
You will be responsible for evaluating global business processes, anticipating future requirements, and leading the transition from functional design to technical implementation within an Agile framework.
Supply Chain Expert: 5+ years of deep experience in business analysis specifically within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain.
Process Architect: Proven ability to design functional and technical processes, taking them from a business need to a finalized IT solution.
Global Liaison: Act as the critical link between global plant colleagues, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure software quality and alignment.

Product / Team Context
You will work closely with colleagues across global plants to modernize and automate existing systems.
This role is centered on high-level optimization, requiring you to prioritize initiatives based on business value and ensure the quality of every sprint deliverable.
Qualifications & Experience
- IT Degree (Essential).
- 5 years of professional experience in IT/Business Analysis.
- A minimum of 5 years specialized experience in business analysis, requirements, or process engineering within a Supply Chain environment.
- Deep experience in Agile Requirement Engineering (> 5 years).
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Analytical Thinking: Exceptional conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Process Design: Deep knowledge in functional and technical process design (Requirement -> Process -> IT Solution).
- Stakeholder Influence: The ability to work closely with senior stakeholders to negotiate and determine acceptable solutions.
- Software Design: Advanced technical skills in designing modern, state-of-the-art software applications.
- Execution: Expert in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documenting technical results.
- Agile Mastery: Leading requirements analysis and ensuring high-quality sprint outputs.
Advantageous Skills
- Understanding of Public Cloud platform offerings.
- Experience in Cloud Application Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with our colleagues in our global plants.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Ensuring the quality of the sprint deliverables.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users and development team.
