Missions
We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f) for one of our clients (an asset management company). You will be involved in building and improving investment portfolio visualizations by adapting configurations in Alto (asset management tool), and providing support and assistance to portfolio managers in using Alto's functionalities (accurate valuation reporting in relation to management strategy, order processing monitoring, etc.).
In this context, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Gathering and specifying requirements.
- Coordinating with other IT or business teams, testing, and validating developments.
- Assisting users during the deployment of new features, including training and knowledge transfer to the support team.
- For new front-end solutions for external clients, presenting the solution to the client and co-constructing the specific solution.
- User support.
Expected Deliverables
- Handling requests from internal and external clients across all asset classes.
- Monitoring and assisting portfolio managers.
- Developing, presenting, and validating target solutions with clients.
- Populating the Jira database with evolution requests.
- Project monitoring, organizing or participating in project committees.
- Coordinating with other IT or business teams.
- Unit testing, monitoring production deployment.
- Client satisfaction.
- Training users and the support team.
Profile
- Engineering degree from a top school or equivalent, with at least 4 years of experience in Business Ownership.
- Experience in a financial markets environment (ideally portfolio management in Asset Management) is desired, along with in-depth knowledge of financial market instruments.
- Good technical aptitude is also required (Excel, autonomy in manipulating and analyzing data from files or SQL databases, Java, Python).
- Working in an international context, proficiency in English is necessary.
- Interpersonal skills, autonomy, priority management, analytical and synthesis abilities – soft skills are a significant component of our recruitment process.
