About the role
Responsibilities
- Exam Management, Process Change Implementation, Risk, Issues Management, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Foreclosure.
- Researching GSE audits
- Issue management (insuring action plan deadline, look backs, remediation)
- Very dynamic and fluid team to support the line of business.
- Responsible for reviewing Audit external and internal mortgage defaults, responding to auditing questions, also follows 2nd level audit for QA and mortgage defaults, follow daily/weekly calls follows QA/ loss mitigation, underwriting, foreclosure, bankruptcy is plus, general audits and general management.
- Mortgage default is the main skill they are looking for
- Business support and Governance
- Will pull evidence and responds to questions
- Will receive internal audits.
- Looking for someone with loss mitigation, Underwriting default guidelines.
- Job Titles- Compliance Analyst/ Defaults services/ Loss Mitigation/ default guidelines/ investor guidelines involved with legal compliance team on daily basis interaction creating the spreadsheets but not changing the data they use
- Sage tool which is preferred
