Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager / Business Analyst to work directly with founders, engineers, and clients to help design and build the platform. This is a high-impact, early-career role ideal for someone who wants to learn product management, work on real-world problems, and grow quickly in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Translate Business Needs into Product Requirements

  • Work with clients (LPs, OCIOs, fund admins) to understand workflows
  • Break down complex processes into structured requirements
  • Write clear product specs and user stories

Support Product Development

  • Collaborate with engineers to clarify requirements and iterate on features
  • Assist in prioritizing features based on impact and strategy
  • Collaborate with Engineers and UI/UX

Data & Workflow Analysis

  • Map data flows across private markets (GPs, fund admins, LPs)
  • Help define data models, dashboards, and reporting structures

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Test features before release
  • Identify bugs and usability issues

Client Support & Delivery

  • Assist with onboarding new clients
  • Support demos and product implementations
  • Support client call preps for trainings, workshops, demos, and recurring project discussion
  • Prepare and update project plans and weekly project communications

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (or graduating soon)
  • Preferred fields: Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Internship experience in consulting, finance, or tech
  • Basic understanding of financial markets or private equity
  • Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Exposure to tools like SQL, Figma, Jira, or Notion
