About the role

We need an Expert Business Analyst to help the Product Owner of Cornerstone on Demand (YES Learning) LMS Module @AXA.

The resource will help the team with several activities, such as (but not exhaustively) :

Drive to BAU activities, including continuous improvements, releases analysis, impact etc in partnership with the BAU Lead.
Directly take in charge some L3 (complex) tickets if needed
Drive small projects / Non Standard Requests / Feature Analysis
Service closely with Product Owner on the product life cycle.
Service with the Product Owner and the BAU Lead to implement a new governance with entities & Group Stakeholders
Drive several CSOD related improvement initiatives.
Expertise to Identify recurring training needs for our entity local admins, and lead training/refresher sessions.
