Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a Business Analyst for our Resource Forecasting Team. This team plays a critical role in supporting financial routines within our technology division. The goal is to provide an accurate representation of headcount and expenses on both a quarterly and full-year basis. This position is responsible for managing financial forecasts and ensuring technology managers execute within budgetary targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all inputs for corporate forecasts, including staffing plans, attrition factors, and contract accruals.
  • Develop financial forecasts and ensure technology managers execute within a variance of ±1%.
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasting processes and reporting with finance, technology managers, and portfolio delivery leads.
  • Track new hires and departures to maintain accurate staffing plans.
  • Follow up with managers on hiring progress and escalate any barriers or issues.
  • Track and report drivers of variance from the corporate forecast.
  • Monitor capacity and forecast allocations to ensure they are accurate and complete.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for this role.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $28.00 – $33.64 per hour
