Role

As part of our development, we are looking for a Business Analyst Loan IQ (H/F) for a banking client. You will be involved in the transformation of the Credit Front-to-Back chain and the maintenance of the Loan Servicing platform.

Responsibilities

Analysis & Steering

• Analysis of business needs and scoping of evolutions
• Steering of work related to transformation projects
• Monitoring and management of BAU releases in production

Design & Delivery

• Design and architecture of solutions in collaboration with stakeholders (business, product, process)
• Writing detailed functional specifications
• Steering of developments and coordination with IT teams
• Integration of evolutions into the IS (End-to-End tests, validation)

Coordination & Governance

• Facilitation of project committees and workshops (offshore teams, IT, business)
• Monitoring of dependencies and stakeholder management
• Regular reporting on work progress

Deployment & Support

• Definition and implementation of the deployment strategy
• Change management
• User training and support

Project Management Responsibilities

• Planning of activities, deliverables, and resources (BA, dev, test, infra, business)
• Overall project steering in compliance with commitments
• Monitoring of progress and risk management
• Communication through structured reporting and project committees

Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Loan IQ (Finastra): essential expertise
• Configuration (setup of new branches)
• Scripted Notices
• SDK Event Manager
• Scripted batch
• Structured finance IT platforms: expertise
• Complex banking information systems: strong mastery

Functional Skills

• Business analysis and writing of functional specifications
• Knowledge of credit and loan servicing processes
• Management of application life cycles (maintenance, support, evolutions)

Transversal Skills

• Project management (Agile / V-Cycle methodologies)
• Coordination of international/offshore teams
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills

Profile Sought

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst on Loan IQ
• Strong autonomy and steering ability
• Analytical mindset and solution orientation
• Ability to work in complex and demanding environments
