Business Analyst

About Us

A regional logistics provider with strong presence across Asia, offering integrated supply chain solutions across freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.

They are currently looking to hire a Business Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within their freight forwarding operations.

The Job

• Support sales and business development teams in RFQ preparation, customer meetings, and site visits
• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into feasible logistics/warehouse solutions
• Design end-to-end supply chain solutions including warehouse layout, process flow, and operational design
• Evaluate operational needs such as manpower, material handling equipment (MHE), systems (WMS/EDI), and automation opportunities
• Conduct cost modelling, pricing analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions
• Prepare technical proposals and presentation materials for customer submissions

The Talent

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent and above
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced in AutoCAD
