Your Role
We are looking for a Marketing Business Analyst to join our team in Rennes! Reporting to the Business Intelligence department, you will oversee client studies, from recommendation to presenting your findings to your assigned client portfolio. You will collaborate with Consulting Directors to develop strategic, business, and operational recommendations based on study insights and identified levers.
Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct client knowledge studies: profile, segmentation, client activity performance, loyalty measurement (client value, attrition...), omnichannel behavior analysis (retail, e-commerce...).
- Perform predictive scoring, journey analysis, and product trajectory analysis.
- Analyze campaigns and action performance.
- Develop predictive business models.
- Present study results to clients, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Actively contribute to structuring our internal data approach and be involved in a unique project to reconcile all marketing data, enabling clients to make informed decisions about their marketing action plans.
- Work on diverse projects and sectors (e-commerce, Retail, VAD...) and travel to client sites for presentations and restitutions.

What We're Looking For
- A Bac +4 / Bac +5 degree in Statistics and/or Business Intelligence, complemented by knowledge of marketing challenges.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the retail and e-commerce sectors.
- Strong knowledge and mastery of SQL and Python.
- Recognized analytical and argumentation skills, rigor, and synthesis abilities.
- Understanding of client-oriented results/business/marketing challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch, reformulate, argue, and present analyses and recommendations to clients.
- Ability to deliver studies within tight deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances and priorities.
- Client/results-oriented and capable of working in project mode with multidisciplinary teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- Proficiency with the Dataiku platform.
- Knowledge of data visualization solutions like Power BI or Tableau Software.
- Familiarity with acquisition levers: display, SEA, SEO, etc.
- Knowledge and mastery of Google Looker Studio.
