Your Tasks

• Conducting requirements workshops and interviews with key users
• Specification of Epics/User Stories/Tasks including acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements
• Maintaining traceability of requirements to tests and releases according to CSV/GxP
• Professional target picture and further development of SCM processes in the ERP
• Coordination of priorities and release content with ERP product management
• Analysis of errors in business cases
• Professional support for production-critical problems and performance issues, close collaboration with IT Galenica and development
• Planning and execution of professional tests/UAT, including proof of documentation for validation and release recommendation to stakeholders
• Maintenance of documentation and execution of training/workshops

Your Profile

• Deep understanding of SCM processes and experience with ERP systems in an operational environment
• Ability to systematically analyze and structure complex operational problems
• Experience in requirements engineering for complex applications, ideally regulated (GxP/CSV) and with data integrity requirements
• Confident use of JIRA and Confluence as well as the ability to formulate requirements down to acceptance criteria
• Methodologically sound business process and requirements analysis including modeling, root cause analysis, derivation of testable use cases, and consistent traceability throughout the entire change and release process
• Ability to reconcile defined processes with real-world usage and to transfer deviations into controlled changes (change management)
• Clean documentation and traceability of decisions
• Strong communication skills (in German and English) as an interface between operations, quality, and development, including moderation of workshops
