Responsibilities include: Independent test management, including the creation of test concepts; coordination of testers from the relevant departments; creation and review of test cases; monitoring and documentation of the test activities of the participating testers; support in test automation, test execution, and error analysis; formulation of requirements for implementation in application development; development of needs-based solutions in collaboration with and close cooperation with the application development team; and monitoring of the requirements during testing and production. • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Fachberater oder Business Analyst • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Fach- und IT-Konzepten sowie Dokumentationen • Erfahrung im Testing von Anwendungen • Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Prozesse bei Versicherungen oder Finanzdienstleistern • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist, Lösungsorientierung und Eigeninitiative • Arbeitszeitmodell: 38,5 Std./Woche
