The Opportunity

As a Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Consultant, you'll engage in comprehensive enterprise solution implementations, overseeing all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, testing, and deployment. After winning a project, you'll be vital in ensuring that the solutions we deliver effectively meet our clients' needs and contribute to their success.

In your role as a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and innovative technical solutions. Your expertise will be essential in understanding business requirements and defining a solution architecture that translates these into effective, workable solutions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required (4‑year degree).
• No less than 4 – 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in system design or information systems.
• A minimum of one year of experience (or 5+ projects) implementing Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform technologies with hands‑on experience in configurations and customizations.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts.
• Proven experience in Application and Tool Analysis, Cloud Computing Architecture, and Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture.
• Strong capabilities in Data Architecture Design and Modeling, with familiarity in Design Methodologies and Tools.
• Knowledge of Emerging Technologies, IT Standards and Governance, and Platform Architecture.
• Expertise in Solution Architecture Design and Technical Feasibility Analysis.
• The ability to define, analyze, and map Technology Business Requirements alongside Technology Cost‑Benefit Analysis.
• Skills in Building and Managing Relationships, Client Trust and Value, and Commercial Insight.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively.
• A track record in Complex Problem‑Solving and Critical Thinking.
• Leadership qualities, including Driving Outcomes, Emotional Agility, and Leading Teams.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility, with experience in Managing Change and Influencing.
• A self‑starter mentality capable

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• A degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics; a Master's degree in one of these areas is preferred.
• Certifications and previous consulting experience are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Experience in client‑facing roles, showcasing the ability to build trust and deliver value.
• An aptitude for recognizing opportunities for additional services.

• The base salary range for this position in all US locations is $142,600 to $261,500. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $171,200 to $297,200, influenced by various factors including education and experience.
• Join our hybrid model, where we expect most people in client‑serving roles to work together in person 40‑60% of the time.
