Job Description

We support clients from various business sectors in their development projects.

We carry out evolutions of existing solutions, redesigns, and creation of new solutions "from scratch".

In this context, we are recruiting Business Analysts to join our teams.

Your Role and Missions

You will perform the following missions (non-exhaustive):

• Organize and lead business workshops (gathering functional requirements and decision support);
• Analyze and understand the needs expressed by users and business teams;
• Write functional documentation: user stories, functional specifications, terms of reference, etc.;
• Participate in acceptance testing phases;
• Propose continuous improvement plans based on understanding the client's business needs: business flow mapping, comparative solution studies, etc.;
• Work closely with developers, while challenging proposed solutions to create maximum value;
• Manage a project backlog;
• Participate in and lead project monitoring instances (Daily meetings, monitoring committees) as well as Co-design sessions.

Qualifications

Your Technical Skills:

• Essential: You have at least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Also essential: You have technical skills in development and/or data, for example.

Your Behavioral Skills:

• You have a customer service mindset: You ensure you fully understand your client's needs to produce solutions that meet their expectations.
• You know how to find solutions and be innovative: You understand your client's issues and broader project challenges. You systematically propose solutions to overcome them.
• You have interpersonal skills: You ensure good communication with your contacts, mutual understanding, and adapt your discourse, etc.
