Successfully completed university or university of applied sciences degree.
Professional experience in the implementation of software projects.
Knowledge of PMS tools as well as process analysis and documentation (e.g., BPMN, etc.).
Creative, motivated, and empathetic.
Confident and binding demeanor, as well as assertiveness.
Willingness for occasional travel for personal customer contact or team building.
Excellent command of the German language and comfortable in English meetings.

Familiarity with ERP systems and document management systems.
Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify potential improvements for our clients.
Collaborate closely with our development team to question and understand business requirements, considering technical details.
Create requirements documentation, taking into account the fundamental concepts of our digitalization platform.

Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von Softwareprojekten mit.
Außerdem verfügst du über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit PMS Tools als auch in der Prozessanalyse und -dokumentation (z.B. BPMN,…)
Du bist kreativ, motiviert und empathisch.
Zudem überzeugst du sowohl durch ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten als auch durch Durchsetzungsvermögen.
Du freust dich auf gelegentliche Reisen für persönliche Kundenkontakte oder Teambuildings.
In deutscher Sprache kannst du dich besonders stilsicher ausdrücken und fühlst Dich auch in englischen Terminen wohl.

Du analysierst und bewertest Geschäftsprozesse und identifizierst so Verbesserungspotenziale bei unseren Kunden.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwicklerteam hinterfragst und verstehst du Businessanforderungen, um technische Details zu berücksichtigen.
Du erstellst Anforderungsdokumentationen unter Berücksichtigung der grundlegenden Konzepte unserer Digitalisierungsplattform.
