Requirements

• Successfully completed university or university of applied sciences degree.
• Professional experience in the implementation of software projects.
• Knowledge of PMS tools as well as process analysis and documentation (e.g., BPMN, etc.).
• Creative, motivated, and empathetic.
• Confident and binding demeanor, as well as assertiveness.
• Willingness for occasional travel for personal customer contact or team building.
• Excellent command of the German language and comfortable in English meetings.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with ERP systems and document management systems.
• Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify potential improvements for our clients.
• Collaborate closely with our development team to question and understand business requirements, considering technical details.
• Create requirements documentation, taking into account the fundamental concepts of our digitalization platform.
